The 11th Annual 82nd Avenue of Roses Parade last Saturday was excellent, and really made me further appreciate all the diversity in East Portland. If you couldn’t make it, our video, and photos from The Portland Tribune are a fun representation.
The Brentwood-Darlington Neighborhood Association also had their elections on Thursday, May 3rd. Most of the same board was re-elected. The video and meeting summary is here, and a good watch if only just to learn about all the good work being done by the NA.
From the environment to schools to transportation to livability to fun community events… there are lots of great ways to get involved.
