BDNA – December general meeting

The meeting opens with an update from Brentwood-Darlington Community Watch (Facebook group). The representative talked about using the PDX Reporter App to report problems to the City of Portland.  

@ 1:50 – Learning Gardens Lab (6745 SE 60th Ave) gave an update on their project, including the news that they’ll most likely be planting a pumpkin patch on their property. 

@ 8:00 – Representatives from the Oregon Health Authority gave a presentation on their report about the impact on human health from Precision Castparts Corporation. OHA found that there were unlikely health impacts from the toxins they studied in the time they studied. For more information and details about neighbors skepticism about the study, go here

@ 1:13:50 – More board business is discussed after the OHA report.
